Reviews and Ratings
We enjoyed our two-week stay at this adult-only, all-inclusive hotel, which was clean and well-maintained. The suite we were upgraded to had a fantastic view and great amenities, but some minor issues like a few overlooked minibar refills and a somewhat unpleasant encounter regarding feedback dampened the experience slightly. Overall, the dining options were superb with ample variety, and the beach was amazing, although the location is quite isolated from other activities.
Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The room was spacious and had a lovely jacuzzi, but the food and beverage options were quite disappointing. The beach was beautiful, but many activities advertised as free ended up costing extra. Overall, while we enjoyed some aspects, the value for money felt lacking.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel’s location next to the beach was lovely, and the staff did their best to ensure we were looked after. However, the entertainment felt overly aimed at a much older crowd, and the dining experience was quite repetitive. While the rooms could be better maintained, the cleanliness was commendable.
I had a great vacation at Riu Palace Macao. The staff was amazing, and they really made my stay enjoyable. The food was quite good, especially at the specialty restaurants, but I found the drinks during the day could use some improvement. While the location is lovely and right by the beach, the air conditioning in the room was not as effective as I had hoped. Overall, it's a nice place for a getaway, but there are a few areas that could use some work.
I had a wonderful time at this resort! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, always remembering our drink preferences. The location is stunning, right on the beach, providing a peaceful atmosphere, although some restaurant hours were inconsistent. While the food was decent with plenty of variety, I wish there were late-night dining options. Overall, a relaxing getaway that I would recommend, but it would be nice to see some improvements in the dining experience.
